Partners
Customers who refer other companies can earn a discount on their own plan. Accountants and advisers who support their clients on Employ can become managed partners and earn commission on those clients' payments.
Every company has its own referral link. A company you introduce counts while it has a payment that covers today. The more paying companies you have introduced, the higher your discount band, up to a budget set as a share of what they pay. A lower band waits out a notice period; a higher band applies at once.
Apply, and Employ approves partners after a review. A customer chooses you in their own account. You earn commission on each payment recorded for that customer, while you keep your service conditions: a review by the owner, and a service check logged before each payment. Tax is deducted at source on commission where the law requires it.
